My pass hasn't arrived. What now?
It's emailed within minutes of payment, from our pass provider — so check spam and promotions first, and search your inbox for “Baja Pass”. Still nothing 15 minutes after paying? Email hola@bajapass.com from the address you paid with and we'll re-issue it by hand the same day. Your purchase is never lost: the Stripe receipt is proof enough for us to find it.
I want to book a yacht or a fishing charter.
Those two are the only deals not redeemed at the door: charters are arranged directly with our team so we can hold the right boat for your date. Email hola@bajapass.com with your date, group size and whether you want a leisure charter or a fishing day, and you'll get options back with the 50% member rate already applied.
Can I change the name on a pass, or gift it?
Yes to both, by email. The member's name is verified at partners, so a pass has to carry the right name — write to us with the purchase email and the name it should say. Gifting works the same way: buy it, then send us the recipient's name and email and we re-issue it to them.
When we actually answer
We're a Los Cabos team, so we work on Mountain time (same as Denver, one hour ahead of California in summer). Email lands with a human every day, including weekends and holidays — that's deliberate, because most of our members write while they're on the trip. Expect a few hours on weekdays, and same-day on weekends. If something is time-sensitive — you're at a partner right now and the deal isn't being honored — say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
