Terms & Conditions for Baja Pass discounts & savings.

The membership

Baja Pass is a one-time membership of $75 USD, valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. It is a single payment — there is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. A single Baja Pass covers the named member and one guest. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable (see our Refund Policy).

Accessing our websites and products

Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access without notice. We have made our websites and products available for your personal, non-commercial, and lawful use only. By accessing our websites or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. You may not use them in any way that breaches applicable law or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
