Refund Policy

Baja Pass membership is a one-time purchase of $75 USD, valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge.

Your digital pass is created and delivered instantly upon purchase. For this reason, membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be placed on hold. Benefits are subject to change without notice.

An adult must accompany those 18 and under. Multiple households cannot share one membership. Named adult members must present valid ID when requested.

This membership functions as a revocable license for the member and permitted guests, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Members and guests assume all risks related to personal injury, property damage, and hazards connected to their visit, and release Cabo Hospitality LLC, Baja Pass, and affiliates from liability. Baja Pass reserves the right to expel individuals and revoke memberships without refund if conduct is deemed objectionable or security measures aren't followed.
